SC SarmisMob SA was founded in 1990, through the reorganization of the former Deva Wood Processing Enterprise.
In the first years of its activity, the company was owned by the Romanian state and focused on the production of furniture and other wooden products.
In 1999, the company was privatized and taken over by a group of entrepreneurs and shareholders who established a new direction for development.
After this stage, significant investments were made, and the company began the production of solid wood coffins. At the same time, a large-scale technological and structural modernization process was also initiated.
